Your Role
Join our Fast-Track Program as an Insurance Advisor and accelerate your career in the insurance industry! In this role, you’ll develop the skills and knowledge necessary to become a highly competent insurance professional within your first year. You’ll provide expert guidance to clients on home and auto insurance policies, ensuring they receive tailored coverage solutions while contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Provide expert advice on home and auto insurance policies.
- Assess client needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions.
- Process applications, renewals, and policy changes accurately.
- Manage client inquiries, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and support business growth.
- No cold calling or outbound sales required!
Who You Are
You’re someone who thrives in a client-focused environment and is dedicated to delivering excellent service. You’re detail-oriented, adaptable, and enjoy working collaboratively. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Education: Some post-secondary education is mandatory for this Fast-Track Position.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a structured customer service role, ideally in insurance, telecom, finance, or other related industries.
- Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Mindset: Ambitious, detail-oriented, and committed to professional growth.
- Licensing: This role requires a General Insurance License, which can be obtained through self-study within 6 weeks of hire. Training and cost coverage are provided for exceptionally qualified candidates.
